By commissioning Ronzuko (the artist), you automatically read and agree to all conditions listed herein.

Violation of these terms, whether in part or fully, will place you on a blacklist. Any future transactions you make with the artist will no longer be considered.

Carefully read all conditions listed in their entirety. The artist reserves the right to deny your request if they find that you failed to do so.

You need a reference sheet of your character to commission the artist (except for background-only artwork).

If you have any questions or concerns, DM or e-mail the artist.

Payments should be made via PayPal, with currency in USD unless stated otherwise.

All payments are sent through the invoice method. The artist will send an invoice to you. Payments sent through other methods will be refunded.

Payments are in full for any commission and only paid upon completion.

If the artist accepts your request and you run low on funds during or upon completion, please inform them through DMs or e-mail, and your piece will be put on hold. The artist will not release the finished piece until the transaction is completed.

The artist reserves the right to reject your requests without question. This includes not following the conditions above for said request.

The artist retains all creative and commercial rights to my work, including the right to reproduce, distribute or use the image for sales/promotion, and to share my artwork process (i.e. timelapse, work-in-progress screenshots) on social media websites.

All artworks and deliverables are strictly for personal use only. If used commercially, consult me beforehand for proper discussion.

The client may post their commissioned artwork on their social media or other similar sites. Credits are not mandatory but preferred.

The client cannot alter or remove the artist's signature on the artwork.

The client retains all rights to their character(s).

The artwork may NEVER be utilized in machine learning, AI, or any algorithmic applications. This restriction encompasses technologies derived from machine learning to create derivatives of the commissioned works. Violation of this clause will result in the automatic purchase of exclusive rights, with a fee set at a minimum of 10-15 times the standard rate per artwork.

The artist will communicate and update the client on their commission's progress, sending WIPs from time to time for major phases (i.e. sketches, colouring, detail adjustment).

The artist tends to work on multiple commissions at a given time. Quick responses to DMs are necessary to make the most out of your commission.

The artist will first ask for the client's preferred resolution before working. The artwork will be given to the client in full resolution (typically in 4K resolution).

The artist can stream the commission work on Twitch unless the client opts out otherwise. NSFW versions of these commissions will not be streamed.
